I recently stayed at a small family-run hotel in Ayia Napa for 2 nights. The hosts, Eleni and Kiriakos, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided fresh fruit, eggs, and a half-full fridge for breakfast. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast. Despite being near the square, the apartment was peaceful and the hosts personally guided us to the parking. Supporting this hotel means supporting real people, and I highly recommend it.
I do recommend this hotel.

The hosts were incredibly hospitable, providing welcome lemonade, a well-stocked fridge, fresh eggs, and fruit. They even helped with parking and navigation. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony was perfect for morning breakfast.
Nothing to mention.

Featuring light-coloured wooden furnishings, my simply decorated studio at this apartment was like stepping into a cozy cabin in the woods. The earthy tones added a touch of warmth and tranquility to my stay. I will definitely miss the peaceful ambiance.
Noise from nearby clubs.

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast every morning. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the beach and all the restaurants and pubs. Plus, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
That the hotel was located near the main party streets, so it got pretty noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper like me, I would recommend bringing earplugs.

clean room - great location - friendly host. Eleni was always there to make us comfortable and provided clean towels and sheets. The apartment was close to the beach and Eleni gave us local insights. She even offered us free air conditioning on the second night.
Couldn't recommend more.

The apartments at Eleni Apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette with a fridge, electric kettle, and a dining table. I loved having the option to cook my own meals and enjoy them in a cozy setting. The earthy tones and light-colored wooden furnishings in all the units give the rooms a warm and inviting ambiance. It made me feel right at home. The simply decorated apartment I stayed in had a separate bedroom and a balcony. It was perfect to unwind after a long day and enjoy the fresh air. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It was convenient to have everything I needed within the room. The simply decorated studio offered more space, allowing me to move around comfortably during my stay.
Some units feature a seating area. Personally, I didn't find it necessary and felt it took up unnecessary space.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of the clubbing area. It is conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and clubs, making it easy to explore the vibrant nightlife. it is well-connected with buses to Larnaka, making it convenient for travelers. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever needed. Guests can also enjoy the local culture and tradition, with opportunities to learn about the making of halloumi and anari cheese.
The hotel's proximity to the clubbing area can result in noise at night, which may be a drawback for those seeking a peaceful sleep.
